Intellectual Property Rights
All original components of the Theory — including its conceptual architecture, terminological innovations, symbolic constructs, and processual formulations — constitute the intellectual property of Dr. Agustín Ostachuk. This includes, but is not limited to:
• The unique articulation of evolution as a process of unfolding
• The formal terminology and theoretical language specific to the Theory
• Published manuscripts, audiovisual materials, diagrams, and derivative works authored by Dr. Ostachuk
