EVOLUTIO: A Research Center for Evolution and Development

Evolutio Observatory

Guarding the Origin. Recording the Response.

The Evolutio Observatory is the forensic and archival instrument of the EVOLUTIO Research Center for the protection of intellectual lineage and institutional accountability. It operates through two complementary divisions.

CLEO — Conceptual Lineage Ethical Observatory is the forensic division. It applies the binary CLEO Verification Protocol to determine whether a conceptual framework is structurally derivative of the Evolutio Unfolding Theory (EUT), originally published in 2020. Its function is to verify, document, and publicly record cases of structural conceptual appropriation through a reproducible, evidence-based procedure. Its determinations are recorded in the CLEO Registry.

IEBO — Institutional Ethical Behavior Observatory is the institutional record division. It documents, in factual and chronological form, the responses — and non-responses — of academic, editorial, and philanthropic institutions to formal complaints and notifications of structural conceptual appropriation. It records dates, actions, omissions, referrals, closures, and silences. It does not record opinions, interpretations, or assessments of intent. Its purpose is to provide a verifiable, citable chronology of institutional behavior for the historical record.

Together, the two divisions form a permanent, independent instrument for the protection of intellectual priority and the historical integrity of life-centered science. All entries are based on documented correspondence and public records.
