Evolutio Observatory
A Conceptual Lineage Ethical Observatory
The Evolutio Observatory is a forensic initiative. Its purpose is not to explicate the Evolutio Unfolding Theory, but to defend its intellectual lineage. It exists to document, verify, and make permanently public the unacknowledged structural reproduction of the EUT’s core conceptual architecture by later authors.
To this end, the Observatory deploys the CLEO Verification Protocol, a binary diagnostic standard that identifies derivative frameworks based on four objective architectural signatures. The Protocol does not interpret. It does not allege. It diagnoses structural identity against the immutable reference of the EUT’s original 2020 publication.
Each entry in the CLEO Registry records a specific case of conceptual appropriation, providing a citable, timestamped, and publicly accessible historical record. The Observatory is not a forum for personal dispute. It is a permanent, independent instrument for the protection of conceptual priority and the integrity of the scientific record.

1. Preamble
This protocol establishes the objective, binary criteria for determining whether a conceptual framework is derivative of the Evolutio Unfolding Theory (EUT) , first published by Agustín Ostachuk in Cosmos and History in April 2020.
The purpose of this protocol is to provide an immutable standard that eliminates subjective interpretation. It does not rely on proof of access, knowledge, or intent. It relies solely on the structural presence of the EUT’s defining conceptual signatures in the examined framework.
2. Verification Criteria

3. Determination
- Derivative Framework (Confirmed): Criteria 1, 2, and 3 are affirmative.
- Derivative Framework (High Fidelity): All four criteria are affirmative.
No additional proof of access, knowledge, or intent is required. The structural correspondence is sufficient.
4. Closing Statement
This protocol is a permanent standard of the Conceptual Lineage Ethical Observatory (CLEO). It is not subject to revision, reinterpretation, or dilution. It stands as the definitive instrument for verifying the intellectual lineage of any conceptual framework that reproduces the constitutive architecture of the Evolutio Unfolding Theory.
